In late-2019 my La Marzocco USA colleagues and I started planning a booth design inspired by sustainability-in-coffee, care for the earth, and the solar-powered La Marzocco factory in Florence, Italy. (That’s right, all La Marzocco machines are built entirely with solar power!)

The booth design borne from this idea also incorporated elements of Scandinavian minimalism and mid-century modular design. After 2 years of living in a pandemic, it was surreal to finally see this 360° bio-degradable / recyclable booth, made almost entirely of wood and cotton(!!!) come together in real life, after only envisioning it on-screen and in my head for 2 1/2 years.

The booth was featured as a memorable booth by coffee media giant, Sprudge.com
