La Marzocco Celebration of Signature Beverages
I’ve been waiting all year to illustrate this for La Marzocco USA's Celebration of Signature Beverages! My dear friend Reagan Petrehn created this drink and I first got to try it in 2018. I don’t think I’ll ever forget the experience, which really defines the essence of the Celebration of SigBevs project.
For November we have a drink both decadent and cozy to celebrate. The Hickory Smoked S’mores Latte at Felix Roasting Co. has made a name for itself in Manhattan with its incredible creativity, taste, and presentation. Felix torches a housemade dark caramel & Tahitian vanilla marshmallow on a hardwood branch and sets it atop a chocolate rim. The latte is made with Felix’s house espresso blend and graham cracker infused steamed milk. The entire beverage is hickory smoked under glass — a memorable presentation for the lucky recipient.
Felix Roasting Co. has two locations in NYC (450 Park Ave S at Nomad and 104 Greene St in SOHO) and recently opened the doors to an Aspen, Colorado outpost at the historic Hotel Jerome.
